Our focus is directing and coordinating the activities, which included the overall lending, audit quality, operations, planning, business development and branch evaluation of a Bank / Financial Center. Services include managing the day-to-day operations, which include mortgage lending, small business lending, marketing, sales, technology and overall quality service for our customers.

  • Operations - human resources, marketing, IT management and facility management.
  • Non-Profit Development - Strategic Planning, Budgeting, Management Strategies
